Plastic woven film yarn geotextile is a kind of geotextile made by
extruding, cuting film,stretching to film yarn (monofilament,
split-film yarn) ,weaving.
PET continuous filament spunbond needle punched nonwoven geotextile
- Characteristic : with high intensity and powerful ant corrosiveness, great
friction factor, low percentage elongation, good performance in
heat resistance and permeability.
- Use:prevent the water from encroaching on the structure layer in the
projects. This kind of geotextile is paved between asphalt layer
and grave layer, after filled with glue oil, depending on its high
tensile strength, it can act as waterproof layer and prevent reflex
- Application :road surface projects of high-grade highway and municipal road.
The main reason of above disease is as follows:
1. expand with heat and contract with cold because the temperature
2. ageing of bitumen and elasticity decline of surfacing
3. substrate has crack and horizontal fall head
4. material which used and construction method ,etc
According to the cracking of bitumen concrete road ,when we add the
surface on the before road or semi-rigid surface , we can use the
high performance polyester spunbond between new surfacing and old
surfacing , then we can prevent above disease .
